QI Regional Groups

HIVQUAL International promotes and supports the formation of regional quality improvement groups. Each country is engaged in the development of a team of regional leaders, who will be trained and equipped to provide coaching and instruction to other new HIVQUAL sites.

For example, in Uganda, four regional groups have been developed as part of HIVQUAL. These groups meet regularly to share improvement strategies and best practices.

Inter-country exchange of ideas is also encouraged. Peer learning enables newer participant countries to learn from the experiences of more established HIVQUAL International projects.
