Coaching & Mentoring

Experienced HIV quality improvement consultants visit and mentor the staff in-country, conducting site visits and training workshops. Through this relationship, HIVQUAL develops the capacity of Ministry of Health staff to become quality improvement coaches.

The in-country HIVQUAL team participates in a study tour in the US that includes site visits to observe how quality management programs are implemented in diverse settings, and provides an opportunity to meet with the US management team.
