HIVQUAL Mozambique is implemented through the partnership of the Ministry of Health, JHPIEGO, and a group of clinical partners at 32 pilot health facilities. The Mozambique project has adapted a Portuguese version of the HIVQUAL software.

Mozambique Map 2 Home to more than 20 million people, Mozambique is located in southern Africa. It is estimated that more than 1 million people are infected with HIV. Thanks to increased funding through PEPFAR and other agencies, antiretroviral rollout has resulted in an estimated 121,379 people receiving ARV treatment as of October 2008.
